WritingX is designed to provide a focused and organised writing experience while respecting your privacy.

Your writing remains under your control.

WritingX does not:

• profile users
• track your writing activity for marketing purposes

2. Your Writing and iCloud Storage

WritingX stores your writing primarily within your personal iCloud account using Apple’s iCloud services.

Your content is associated with your own Apple ID and remains under your control within the Apple ecosystem.

WritingX does not store your writing content on our own servers.

The availability, security, and encryption of iCloud services are governed by Apple’s own policies and infrastructure.

3. Information We Collect

WritingX is designed to minimise data collection.

We do not intentionally collect:

• your writing content
• personal profiles
• advertising identifiers
• behavioural tracking information
• analytics data for advertising purposes

4. App Functionality and Local Data

To provide core functionality, WritingX may store certain app-related preferences locally on your device, such as:

• appearance settings
• editor preferences
• organisational settings

This information remains primarily on your device or within your personal iCloud environment.

5. Feedback and Support

If you voluntarily contact us for support or feedback, you may provide information such as:

• support messages
• screenshots or attachments you choose to send

We use this information solely to respond to your request and improve WritingX.

We do not sell or share this information for advertising purposes.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information associated with WritingX.

Because WritingX relies primarily on Apple’s iCloud infrastructure for synchronisation and storage, the security of iCloud data is also subject to Apple’s security systems and policies.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Third-Party Services

WritingX is designed to minimise reliance on third-party tracking and advertising services.

WritingX does not intentionally use:

• advertising SDKs
• behavioural tracking systems
• third-party marketing analytics
• user profiling systems

However, Apple may provide certain platform-level services related to app distribution, subscriptions, diagnostics, or device functionality as part of the Apple ecosystem.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• request access to information you provide directly to us
• request correction of information
• request deletion of support communications you have sent us
• withdraw consent where applicable

Because WritingX does not maintain centralised user writing accounts or store user writing content on our own servers, many requests regarding writing content should be managed directly through your Apple iCloud account and device settings.

WritingX is not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law without parental permission.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
